Information and purposes
The form requests your name, company, email address, optional phone number and project description to respond to inquiries and prepare quotes. It does not request sensitive information or payment details. Please do not include them in your message. This form does not offer an advertising subscription.
How this version works
Requests are sent to the company's email through Google Workspace. They are retained in the corporate mailbox under the policies confirmed by the company. The website does not store the content of quote requests in its database.
To limit repeated submissions, the server uses a temporary connection fingerprint protected by a secret key, together with request counters. Request limits are calculated over 15-minute windows. Counters and duplicate-prevention fingerprints may remain on the server after that window. Files older than two days are progressively cleaned up when new requests arrive; deletion does not occur automatically after 15 minutes. Google Apps Script retains fingerprints and delivery states for up to two days, with cleanup when new valid requests are processed.
Hosting and email involve external technology services. Access settings and technical logs on those platforms are subject to their own terms. If you choose WhatsApp, the form information is included in the message you review before sending it through that service.
Access, rectification, cancellation and objection
Send your request to ecomerce@extrusiones.mx with the subject “Derechos ARCO”, addressed to Israel Becerra Grajales. Include your name, a means of receiving a response, the right you wish to exercise and information that will help locate your request, such as your quote reference. To correct information, state the correction and provide supporting documents.
You will need to establish your identity and, where applicable, your legal authority to represent another person. First request verification instructions at the email above. Do not include identity documents or sensitive information in the public quote form.
The determination of ARCO requests will be communicated within 20 business days of receipt. If the request is granted, it will be implemented within the following 15 business days after that communication. The law allows an extension for an equal period where justified. The response will be sent through your chosen contact method. Access may be provided through electronic documents after identity verification.
You may also request withdrawal of consent or limits on the use or disclosure of your information through the same email address. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect, and cancellation may be subject to applicable retention obligations.
Data retention
Quote requests reach the corporate mailbox. Inquiries and quotes that do not result in a purchase are retained for 12 months from the last contact related to the request. At the end of that period, they are reviewed for deletion under the company's internal procedure, unless a legal retention obligation or pending claim justifies restricting their processing. Deletion is not automatic when the period expires.
If a contract is entered into, information necessary for the business relationship and legal obligations will be retained for the applicable periods. Once those purposes and obligations have been fulfilled, processing will be restricted and the information deleted as appropriate.
Browser preferences
The Halloween introduction uses session storage to appear once per session. No advertising or analytics tools have been added to this version. Private platform access may require its own session mechanisms.
